Twist Outs on Curlformed Hair

I wanted to post a few pics of how I had been wearing my hair over the past few days, in this time between setting my hair on curlformers and installing my new curly weave (yes, curly... I'll explain later). Aside from sharing with all of you lovely readers, It always helps when I have photos to look back on as I achieve my goals.
What's in that black bag I'm holding? Yup, My Weave is in that bag, lol.
I left my house that day with a beautiful twist out and the weather laughed at me and asked "How dare I try to look cute?", and thanks to the windy, rainy, weather, I ended up coming home with a curly fro. Twas cute, and I played in it while reading my book all the way home... terrible case of hands in hair syndrome.. lol

  1. The fro is cute too! I have thin 4a-ish hair and the twist outs look marvelous until heavy humidity hits, I've learned to embrace the curly fro. It's amazing how hair can transform throughout a day. I made a point to not only have a cosmetics bag but also a hair bag in my purse. Having elastic bands on hand is a safety net... my curly fro becomes a beautiful afro puff. Versatility, I love it!

  2. @Ang! Omg, i so need to be like you, figuring out how to be a real woman and organizing my purse has been a mess! I definitely need to keep a little hairbag in my purse, so at least when that beautiful versatility comes along, I can have a few style options :) *note taken :)

  3. I recently went out with my hubby and between the rain and a muggy club my hair was like yours...went from a twistout to a fro! I think your fro was cute though! Been following your blog for awhile...your hair has really grown.
